What is a maker's mark?
The manufacturer's hallmark, also known as the creator's hallmark, is a mark affixed to all jewelry made from precious metals such as gold, platinum, and silver. It allows the artisan or company behind the creation of the jewelry to be identified.
The role of the punch
The hallmark plays an essential role: it guarantees the authenticity of the jewelry and certifies its origin. It is registered with the Customs Guarantee Office, which allows the origin of the jewelry to be traced and counterfeiting to be combated.

The guarantee hallmark is a mark affixed to jewelry made of precious metals such as gold, silver, and platinum. It certifies the precious metal content of the piece and guarantees its authenticity.

"All Eliane Création jewelry is hallmarked by the Customs Guarantee Office according to regulations. They also benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
In case of a problem:

ELIANE CRÉATION ensures the repair or modification of the product free of charge, provided that the use has been normal and that the maintenance advice and precautions for use have been followed. The return of the article to the workshop is the responsibility of the customer and must be accompanied by its guarantee (of authenticity) certificate. The customer has a period of 2 years to use this guarantee.
